    It is no surprise that I am a Spiderman fan and this story by Yusuke Osawa is a new fresh take on the character. Fake Red diverges from the classic Peter Parker narrative by introducing Yu Onomae, a high school student who stumbles upon Spider-Man's suit and chooses to embrace the role of a superhero. This innovative perspective dives into the essence of heroism through the eyes of an everyday individual, highlighting the challenges and moral dilemmas faced when one lacks the superpowers and skill that Peter Parker possesses.

    Yu starts off feeling uncertain and grappling with his identity.
